Neck & Upper Back Pain

Although there are many causes of neck pain, in today’s world a large part of the population works in front of a computer for hours on end and when we are not doing that we are looking down at our phones. This position, known as Tech Neck causes vertebrae in the neck and upper back to misalign and if left untreated causes damage to disc, cartilage and supportive tissues and can then lead to shoulder problems, headaches, arm pain and/or numbness and/or weakness.  Other causes could be sleeping habits, car accidents and sports injuries.
